Your order shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment (North Island generally sent Monday, Tuesday & Fridays) with tracking sent to ordering email address when courier is booked. Parcels are dropped-off without signature BUT if you prefer your parcel to be sent with signature, an additional cost will be applied – you need to ask for this service.
PICK UP is available for those who wish to do so.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. You will be advised of the courier price when you place your order as we pack and charge per individual order versus volume or value spent. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
