A sweet vinegar for over salads with a flavor reminiscent of plum and a touch of thyme - can be diluted with a neutral oil of your choice (season to taste).
Also ideal as hot drink when you have a sore throat - dilute to taste, 1-2T vinegar to 1c water approx.
INGREDIENTS: White vinegar, Wild Hawthorn Berries (Crataegus sp.), Sugar & Thyme (Thymus vulgaris).
