Made from the wild rosehips growing at Macraes Flat, Otago. This recipe is based on the one issued by the British Ministry of Defence during World War II.
Rosehip syrup is high in vitamins A and C.
Mix with hot water as a warming winter drink, drizzle over rice pudding or pancakes - also a great addition to the summer cocktails!
