A sweet vinegar for salads with a mango-y type flavor and a kiss of zingy ginger.
Shake well before using.
OPTIONAL: Being what could once be called a ‘drinking vinegar’ this can also be used as a base for a refreshing drink. Add 2T approx to 1 cup chilled soda water and serve over ice OR for a hot zingy, refreshing cup add 2T to 1 c of hot water. (Adjust as desired to taste)
INGREDIENTS: White wine vinegar, NZ Persimmon, Sugar, Ginger.
