SEASONAL!

A mix of seasonal wild fungi - each packet may vary depending on seasonal growing conditions. Each packet contains a minimum of three of the following: Field & Horse Mushrooms, Larch Boletes, Birch Boletes, Porcini and Slippery Jacks.  Excellent for adding flavor depth to any risotto, pasta dish or sauce, casserole or soup.

HOW TO USE:  Soak in hot water (or wine or stock) for 20-30 min,   then drain (keep & use  liquid like stock!)  Optional- roughly chop & lightly fry before adding  for enhanced flavor.

10g dried = 100g fresh (approx) = 1 cup chopped
