A mix of seasonal wild fungi - each packet may vary depending on seasonal growing conditions. Each packet contains a minimum of three of the following: Field & Horse Mushrooms, Larch Boletes, Birch Boletes, Porcini, Giant Puffballs and Slippery Jacks.  Excellent for adding flavor depth to any risotto, pasta dish or sauce, casserole or soup.

HOW TO USE: Helps thicken cooking  liquid (soups or casseroles)  while adding protein and flavor.   Add to crumb based stuffings, in meatballs or meatloaf. Add 1t approx of powder to  1c of  hot water (or wine if recipe uses it) to make a salt-free, vegan stock. Wait 10 min  before cooking.
