PLANT SUPPLY: All plants listed below we do grow however we may not have all stock available at all times of the year. Some of the plants we grow are annuals and are generally only available during the Spring/Summer months and while the perennials are available at all the times there may be times of short supply due to sales or crop failures. If you do find that we have sold out of a plant you are after for the coming season please note we will be doing our best to get some more growing ASAP and if not ready this year we will hope to have it for the next!

Please note, if you wish to use any herbs for their medicinal qualities consult with a registered herbalist and check with your medical or healthcare professional before commencing any such program.

Disclaimer information can be found at the bottom of this page

  • Mushrooms

The planting of the of mycologically infected trees (a symbiotic relationship between the tree roots and the fungi) began back in 2013 with the Bianchetto Truffle, followed by Shoro, (new) Birch Boletes, Slippery Jacks, Porcini and Black Truffles. The success of these fungi are somewhat random and due to the fact they grow underground one cannot actually see how things are progressing until you come across a ‘mushroom’ – in saying that we have been starting to see results of the ‘above ground’ producing fungi! As these fungi cannot be recreated artificially these are truly seasonal and some years are more prolific than others!

  • Condiments

Many of the condiments that we produce have originated from products that we either grow or forage for. Many have come about due to research into the historical uses of various plants (including old family recipes!) but some of the flavor combinations were often experimentations that sounded logical to us but simply had yet to be tried!

PLEASE NOTE many of these products are seasonal and once sold out will be unavailable until the following year – we will endeavor to update when we can when such occurrences happen!
