Asparagus Pea 0.7L

(Tetragonolobus purpureus) Numerous red highly-decorative pea-like flowers. A fast growing plant that grows like clover and will smother weeds. After blooming the flowers produce winged pods that are delicious to eat. Steamed and served with a knob of butter they are said by gourmets to combine the flavour of both peas and asparagus. Harvest pods when approximately 3cm long. Frost tender.
