It has a milder taste and softer leaf than curled parsley and is ideal in salads, soups, scones, as a garnish, in sauces, the list goes on. Parsley is a biennial going to seed naturally in its second season but hot dry weather also causes it to bolt. Humus rich well drained soil. Full sun.
