Perennial herb. Used in teas, herbal, medicine, perfumery and in Oriental cooking. Wonderfully scented pot-pourri with its intense lemon aroma. Most of plant can be used. Easy to grow. Full sun, rich, well drained soil, allow soil to dry between waterings. Good in container- ideal as as a houseplant or for in a glasshouse in southern NZ.
